Yeah would cost a team 2 first rounders and a fatty contract the chiefs wouldn't match.

But he's threatening to sit out until week 10 ( longest you can sit out and still be considered a free agent at the end of the year I believe.) So the Chiefs may not match an offer and just take the 2 firsts and run. I'd be OK with the Cardinals giving up the 2 firsts for him if the money was right.

so he could sit out until week 10 in the regular season? whens the last time something like this has happened? sounds like the chiefs could have a nasty situation on their hands if they wanna keep him
