No offense, but weren't you telling me a month or so ago that your dream was opening up a restaurant...? And before that you were going to school to be an accountant...?

I guess my concern is that you might change your mind before you see it through.

I am very close to an accounting degree but it was never what I wanted and opening a restaurant is just too unrealistic

naw its all that's left but it's just a bunch of stupid shit. they already raped him for everything he had years ago. they're 10 and 12 years older than I am.

it'll be divided up between us 3 but it's a little over 1.2k like seriously... yet they're making a big deal out of it when they already robbed him of thousands and thousands

They sound like shitty people. Hopefully once you get the inheritance over-with you'll be able to put this part of your life behind you, move on, and heal. Hang in there man

If you're close to the accounting degree, I'd just tough it out and finish it, if possible. Even if you're never an accountant, having that degree will help you in the future when finding jobs. It's a valuable skill.

Nevertheless, hope you realize your dreams if that's what you want to do. There are a surprising amount of veterinary clinics around here, and it's a pretty rural area. Hopefully you find the job you want.

They're definitely shitty people, but the inheritance is nothing because they already robbed him of everything he is worth. They're complete pieces of shit.

They took complete advantage of him while he was alive and in death.

I have no respect for either of them and they can both jump in a lake for all I care.

Thanks man idk nothing in my life seems bleak by any means but I am just foggy all the time feel like I'm not even there at work
If I get in school I'm quitting my job and living in the dorms it's weird at 27 but I am starting from scratch to pursue being a veterinarian no matter how crazy it sounds

Take a few months away from everything; social media, phone contacts, people bringing you down.. etc. and work on you and your mindset.
I found going to the gym daily even if barely doing anything.. helps tremendously at clearing my mind and giving me some time away from the world.
Find your passions again, try hiking, painting, biking.. anything to keep your mind busy.
I've battled depression my whole life and have been in some very volatile relationships and happenstances (I'm sure you could find the jsp drama if you looked).
Keep your head up, I know it sounds stupid and corny and everyone says the same shit, but it gets better and soon enough you'll find that you yourself are responsible for only your happiness and anyone/anything that brings you down needs to be cut off.

Seen such a nasty wreck on the way home from work today. Only one car involved and only one person in the car. I was about 3 cars back from the one that wrecked.

A fuckin deer jumped out in front of the car and the guy cranked the wheel to miss it, but he put himself straight head on into a tree at about 50-60 mph. He was breathing, but unconscious and he split his head wide open on the steering wheel. Car was totaled and he was pinned in the driver seat pretty good.

Me and two other people stopped and called 911 and waited till they got there, but dude was unconscious the entire time. Hope he's ok :(

Seeing bad accidents always makes me appreciate being alive and reminds me to drive safely/carefully.

Of course I routinely get reminded of these things since one of my bff's is a state trooper and constantly regales me with details of horrid accidents when we hang out, sometimes with graphic pictures that I didn't ask to see lol
