I coulda played Nec but alot of friends were playing Nec (i'll have access to their chars).

We lost our Druid in act 3 norm too which totally fucked us for physical dmg in norm/nm

You guys are overthinking this tbh. We would have been fine if the servers were up at any relatively normal time. Just because people bailed and didn't reach our goal doesn't mean that the lineup failed. Literally haven't had an issue before with identical rosters. Trying to do hell with 5 people was the issue... not that we didn't have a necro or were too "element focused"
