Well I just reapplied for school and wrote an essay about my mom and her mental illness for my application

I didn't realize how hard it would be to go through the entire timeline of it starting crying halfway through but now she is doing so much better I am so grateful

Sometimes those app. letters can get too personal, but it's good to point out any hardships and anything that makes you a minority--basically anything that can help "diversify" the campus.

Mostly, though, they want to know what you plan to do with your degree.

I wrote like a 2 page essay that covered everything I only have like 25 credits left to go anyway

I've did so much drinking this past month n 1/2 that it's not even funny. I've literally drank more lately than I ever have in the full 28 years of my life.

I could really use a good camping trip honestly. I think i'm going to make some plans to go on one, even if it's just me and my good ol dog.

There really is something so calming about just sitting by a fire and collecting your thoughts.
