In the land of d2jsp, in the fires of Sports Coliseum, the Dark Lord Eniac forged in secret a master tag, to control all others.
And into this tag, he poured his cruelty, his malice, and his will to dominate all life. One tag to rule them all: the mediator tag.
One by one, the free lands of Sports Coliseum fell to the power of the mediator tag. But there were some who resisted. A last alliance of unknowns and rands marched against the armies of Eniac, and on the slopes of Sports Coliseum, they fought for the freedom of the bettor list.
Victory was near, but the power of the tag could not be undone.
It was in this moment, when all hope had faded, that Pilot, son of the King, took up his father's sword.
Eniac, the enemy of the free-peoples of Sports Coliseum, was defeated.
The tag passed to Pilot, who had this one chance to destroy the list forever. But the hearts of Men are easily corrupted. And the tag of Power has a will of its own.
It betrayed Pilot… to his death.
And some things that should not have been forgotten were lost...
History became legend, legend became myth, and for two and a half thousand years, the tag passed out of all knowledge. Until, when chance came, it ensnared a new bearer.
