Those McCormick marinades are pretty easy, and you can tweak them a bit to taste really good. Usually let it sit overnight.
I think my fav. is their lime marinade. I'll add some lemon juice to it, and usually as a general rule I always use 1/4 cup of whatever vinegar and oil they call for regardless of the flavor.
