AP is great, no doubt about it. I think doug and rodgers is good enough. just need a better Oline. rodgers when healthy did great this year and has potential.

Oline is not the issue JackRodgers showed us this.

The issue is running backs who dance in the backfield and don't hit the hole.

Bump to re follow this thread.

Where do you fellows see Glennon going? I think he's a solid QB who can probably do okay if he ends up in a place like Kansas City (I know he won't be going there, but a system like it) and ultimately I'd have liked to have seen him traded.

Sucks they'll likely lose Vincent Jackson, too.

Vjax seems to have been little help the last 2 seasons with him missing so many games. I'd be alright with trading him off.. maybe picking up VCruz. Sure he's been hurt a lot too, but he'll be a solid WR3. The issue I have is getting a true WR2. Evans will be the no1 for years to come, so we need a solid no2 to help alleviate the double teams he'll see next season.. Idk if we go to the draft for this, or FA.

I believe Vincent Jackson is an unrestricted free agent, so he will likely just walk. Might have been a good move to ship him a while back, but I don't believe teams were willing to take his contract so he ended up finishing it in Tampa. I wonder if they take a WR in the draft in the first this year or a TE. I'm sure they'll pursue another target for Winston this year, not sure if they go the free agent route but I wouldn't mind if they good for someone.

Yeah the question is WR or RB. You think Dougey has a future left in TB? I kinda don't think so. He can be an elite RB, but he's far too inconsistent to be worth his contract. Outside a RB or WR, I'd think we either need to bolster the OL, or DL.
Or maybe draft these latter needs, and go after a WR in FA. Alshon Jeffery is going to be out there.. tho that's a lot of money to sink into WR.. tho we got what 2 years left on Evans rookie contract before he sees his elite WR money right?

Curious if the PED thing fucks him over on his contract or not. If it does, I don't believe there's any way he remains in Tampa Bay, he'll probably be scooped up by some team on a short term contract to see if he can stay healthy and provide some flexibility for them, but as you said he's not the feature back that they signed him as.

Well a run game is important, and we certainly could use a feature back to take the pressure off Winston to carry the team (Not that he can't lol), so someone to move the chains on the ground would be great. I don't feel that's going to be Doug's job anymore. Maybe use that money to sign a veteran, and draft a RB in the 2nd round to ultimately take that job.

no.. TB needs O line and Latavius running behind one of the top O Lines in football he was mediocre. I would say Oakland has a better Pass blocking Oline than Run blocking but they are still above average they just aren't on the Cowboys O line level.

I say we stick we Rodgers and draft someone late there are going to be a lot of backs that fall. D' onta Foreman will be dropping and wouldn't mind grabbing someone like that in the draft to groom or Alvin Kamara.
