Yeah for awhile I was doing full body workouts on Mon Wed and Fri but switched to isoloations once a week about 2 weeks ago. The cardio days are always Tues and Thurs and then I usually golf and walk or ride my bike on a trail over the weekend.
As for the eating healthy, that's been the grind the past 3 months, basically juicing all my veggies and eating nothing but chicken and a little rice. At the point now where it's not even boring anymore it's just my food and I look forward to it haha. I had pizza 2 weekends ago and felt so sick the next day, I'm ruining myself. :(
Salmon + mashed yams & broccoli for i believe thats 4 days worth. the most disgusting thing ive ever made lmao, had to eat it though.

Pizza fucks me man, cause i cant just have 1 slice i have to have a whole pizza lmao. I stopped having pizza its my biggest weakness unfortunetly lmao
