Yeah for awhile I was doing full body workouts on Mon Wed and Fri but switched to isoloations once a week about 2 weeks ago. The cardio days are always Tues and Thurs and then I usually golf and walk or ride my bike on a trail over the weekend.

As for the eating healthy, that's been the grind the past 3 months, basically juicing all my veggies and eating nothing but chicken and a little rice. At the point now where it's not even boring anymore it's just my food and I look forward to it haha. I had pizza 2 weekends ago and felt so sick the next day, I'm ruining myself. :(

Salmon + mashed yams & broccoli for i believe thats 4 days worth. the most disgusting thing ive ever made lmao, had to eat it though.


currently eating chicken, broccoi and baked yams. Not bad just has no taste.

Pizza fucks me man, cause i cant just have 1 slice i have to have a whole pizza lmao. I stopped having pizza its my biggest weakness unfortunetly lmao

I'd like to stay small, but I think I've gained weight over the winter. Need to hit the trails once school is over and get back in shape. Either that or just gain some muscle using the bulk I've created for myself lol.

It's tricky. If you're going to use a manual chair, you've got to have either a small, lightweight build so that you have less weight to push around, or you can have a heavyweight build that is strong enough to push around extra weight.

Hard for me to gain muscle and workout since my hands are weak (and therefore can't grip weights or machines too well), so I usually go for a lightweight cardio build

Yeah that doesn't look good haha. I've been pretty steady protein shake for breakfast, pineapple and almonds for snack, 1.5 chicken breast with a veggie smoothie for lunch, protein shake for snack and 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg with a chicken breast and a little cheese for dinner. Pretty much only that for 3 months now, definitely seeing the reaults though.
