Wake up at 5, shit, get my stuff together, head to gym, usually there around 530, an hour of cardio, shower, get ready there, go to work, no official start time at work just kinda whenever but usually there by 720-730, work until 5-530, back at the gym by 6, Mon is chest, back and abs, Wed is arms shoulders, Friday is legs, the and Thurs is double cardio days, home by 7-730, dinner, lil free time, bed by 9 which usually ends up closer to 10.
When it's pretty much all I do all week its just gym, work and sleep.
hmm i totally should do a cardio day, i really just eat healthy and crush weights
