a lot of olive oil is actually thinned-down with sunflower seed oil iirc

60 minutes did a segment on how most extra-virgin olive oil is not really that high quality

Yeah we use a blend at work for cooking that's like 6 different oils

No all cheap oils if I had to guess I'd say it's 75% canola
