/e not INTs, but total turnovers, yes.

Kizer doesn't count.

Eli, Jameis and Kirks Cousin all had 18 turnovers which isn't even close to KizerGOD

Eli achieved the feat in one fewer game played, so he's the real winner

(it's not fair to put a Browns player in the same competition)
