i dont see how "starting the bet" is an official action in any way

i still see it that cheesehead had 24 hours to pay the bet, which in this case was starting his 30 day period

when he said "-peace" that is not an official acknowledgement of his period starting.

i distinctly remember him saying if you lose a bet and are online you are then supposed to pay the bet

so link me to an official rules for betting that states you have 24 hours to pay the bet
