Free paid. This one makes me a tad nervous.. Love Free, but 8.25 mil a year hurts our cap space for a RB. It'll make me sad if we can't retain Coleman when the time comes.

Next year it looks like we will have Gabriel/Poe/Clayborn/Hageman/Upshaw/Reynolds/Ishmael/Allen/Bryant to resign + who we want to extend.
I'm not nervous about Free. Glad he got paid, he is the better back over Coleman and in my mind is worth the money. Just have to keep building in the draft. Keep the line of scrimmage on both ends deep and strong and you can win games consistently.
I think Wes will be our starter at OG. Garland doesn't look half bad either so depth there is nice but if one of our tackles go down this year we are fucked. Also glad we signed Pasztor for some depth. Hopefully we can pick up some more o-line depth after cuts.
Everyone else seems to be on track from last year. Hope to see everyone healthy and out on the field for the 3rd preseason game.
Also, Hooper has really impressed so far from camp reports and from what I've seen in preseason. The guy is going to be a beast for us this year hopefully.
and Finally the Defense is the most exciting thing for me. I cant wait to see all of those 1st and 2nd year players grow even more. The D-line is crazy deep and talented. Most of the D has flashed for us. This year will be fun to watch again. We are a better team than we were last year.
If we can stay relatively healthy its going to be a really fun season to watch.
