they usually go between 1-4 hours on average. 6 hours when it's a long, long down time, but this is comedy. did the servers go down at 10am PDT like usual?

Yep

I was living vicariously thru my team until about 5pm my time; just checking Discord and jsp looking to see if it was up but I'm baffled at the chain of events today
