Here's the FIX. Start the party, then everyone has to back out, quit the beta (show menu > quit), then unsnap party, then restart the beta. Everyone in the party can now chat unsnapped.

Definitely open world. Once you complete the first mission for a map, you can go back and free roam or do side quests.

Did a couple game wide events. One was just defend a point against waves. Simple, but tough, especially with 0 coordination. Other was fight the spider tank. Got killed, spawned on a random, spawn killed.

Cool on both accounts. Sorry about last night. I'll honestly tell whoever talks to me to go fuck themselves tonight lol, I'm playing that fucking beta. Did you max out your level or try pvp yet?

I really enjoyed what little I played.

I hit level 8 finished the missions and messed around there. Haven't touched PVP. Unlocks at level 5. Got some decent items but the really nice ones are definitely tied to PVP play.

We'll get on that tonight if you're up for it. I was level 4 when I got off and I should be able to hit 5-6 during lunch today.

Doesn't make a difference to me. Just do one of the missions we didn't get to and you'll hit 5 no problem.

I'm almost 6 after doing one mission lol. I should be able to hit 6 by the end of lunch.

Killed that spider tank, boosted me to lvl 6. That thing was a fucking beast.
