Make sum buffalo

Buffalo is easy and kinda boring. That's what the ones on the right were. It's probably my favorite, but it's by far the easiest to make.

I gotta learn how to make it, I never bother cause I usually get chicken at work, and when I'm home I'll make like pasta or something if I don't order a pizza. :O
Would east so much buffalo chicken, or bbq chicken sandwiches.

Buy wings, cut into 3 pieces, throw out tips, dry wings completely. Take flour, salt, pepper and a variety of spices, mix thoroughly together and then cover your chicken in that. Fill a pot with cooking oil, wait for it to get incredibly hot, you can test this by dipping a tiny bit of the coated chicken into the oil, if it starts bubbling like crazy, you're good to go. Drop your chicken in, let cook for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how crispy you like it. Make sauce while frying. Melt 2 to 3 sticks of butter in a non stick pan. Add full bottle of favorite hot sauce and stir until completely combined. Taste, add additional seasoning if needed, pull out wings, drench them in delicious sauce and enjoy.

You could also make a quick homemade hot sauce to add to the butter instead of using a store bought brand, but that's your call,

Let me know how it turns out.

MAKE SURE TO DRY YOUR CHICKEN BEFORE COATING.

Seriously, that's one of the most important steps that people miss allllll the fucking time and it ruins the rub, and ruins the chicken. The rub is all personal preference, flour/salt/pepper are a must, add w/e else you like to give it additional flavor. Buffalo sauce is seriously the easiest to make, butter+hot sauce and I usually add a couple extra hot ingredients to punch it up another step or two. I like my shit pretty hot, but my friends who like Buffalo like it to melt their faces. I try to accommodate as best I can lol.
