Omg... I'm so excited.

Boss is out of town and my brother-in-law is housesitting. Going to go over there to watch the soccer game (go Sounders!), get drunk as fuck, he's making a cuban style roast with beans and rice, I'm going to make some red chili mashed potatoes with a duck/goose fat gravy, some fucking poker dip and some fucking hot wings. I'm already fantasizing about that spread tomorrow.


I make some mean wings. Haven't done them since the SB, so I'm all excited to try my recipe again.

Haha, alright man. I'll take some good ones tomorrow. Kickoff is at 2pm MST, so I the spread should be done and set about 1 - 1:30.
