Lol. Their decision making frequently raises eyebrows, but I'd say 2 out of their last 3 HC hires were a success. Andy Reid in 1999 the most winning HC in Eagles history, and Pederson with the first superbowl.

This one feels completely hit or miss, but similarly to when Reid was hired, this guy wasn't on a ton of teams radars

Glad they went with an offensive guy although I was secretly rooting for Duce to get a shot for at least a year.
