rofl. fucking classy team B)

commanding mass respekt!

Gang culture would be different, that's for certain.

I kid, I kid. The Raiders were actually (at one point) a sign of non-gang affiliation. People (rappers, etc) used to wear Raiders gear because gangs hadn't taken the colors black and silver. The more you know!

did the gang culture start before or after all the area rappers began donning Raider gear? I know some people that used to live in the area and moved wore the colors simply because they thought the combination was cool and not because they were a fan of the team

Gang culture was alive long before the Raiders were popular. Oakland gear used to be considered "gang neutral" or "non-gang affiliate" because none of the major gangs claimed black as a primary color...unlike the 49ers (red) and Chargers (blue). Watched a documentary on the history of the franchise 5 years ago.

Yeah, lot of talent but that's all there is. Questionable decision making, field vision, ability to lead, etc.

Decision making improved a lot. Field vision is still a little questionable but improving. Leadership may not be there yet, but maturity is and so leadership could follow. Accuracy is the bigger concern. He also had a shit OL and weak WRs, so I don't put too much stock in the win/loss and more in what I saw from him on the field. He has a lot of holes but he had a lot of strengths too.

Definitely. The Raiders just weren't/aren't in a position to help him get better. He needs a good team like Seattle to do that.
