I happened to talk to a regular that comes to my work who happened to sell foreclosed homes in the past lmao, what are the odds? He said the tax lien could be any number and that I would need an attorney to find out how much it is and whatnot.
Then the other guy I asked originally I saw at my work the following night, and said those houses don't even exist, it's just a setup for a person to create an account.
Welp, makes sense since no address was listed.
You didn't actually think you could get those big houses for those low prices did you???
