I eat high fat low carb. I went down to 1400 calories a day, I'm never hungry anymore :(

Idk how many calories I eat but I legit think I eat 2-2.5x that lol

My breakfast is either 3 eggs with turkey bacon/sausage
Or
Coffee with a tbsp of butter and coconut oil blended in

Switch to fresh made green juices. Kale shakes. Energy levels will be way better than coffee

Yeah, you can be healthy as you want, but coffee is still not great for you. Might be hard to wean from it now though.

I don't eat carbs, I eat about 800 less calories than I did on my diet prior to going to keto, and my energy levels have never been higher in my life.
