Terps what is your major

I want to get my MA studying Rhetoric and Composition, and ultimately my PhD in rhet/comp

If I had to rank the schools I'm most interested in, it'd probably be MD > U of Texas > U of Arizona = Louisville > Arizona St =Purdue > Mich St = Iowa St = Carnegie Mellon > Towson

Although getting a full tuition scholarship/fellowship/teaching assistantship at a lesser school and not at a top school would make the choices difficult. Right now MSU is supposedly offering me a prioritized fellowship of some kind that I haven't really looked into yet.

Does the being handicapped part make schools want you more?

Well when they ask "how can you add diversity to our campus," they aren't exactly asking if you're some average white male.
