Smith's issue was form more than decision making or terribad accuracy...of Hoyer has a bunch of his TOs because his throwing motion and ball protection are ass, then yes. If not, then it's not very likely.


He just needs to be popped into a west-coast style offense, rely more on his athletic/speedy receivers and less on pin point deep accuracy.

Eh he was already an above avg wr IMO. At least when I watch him vs the jets. Just never got the targets and obv Brady> tannehil/henne
