lol no way in hell you'd get a 1st rounder for a QB who has only thrown 30 passes in the NFL, all of which were basically useless.

Now, if he comes out on fire, killing the stat sheet and leads you guys into a 4-0 record while Brady is gone, that'll change some things. Even then though, a 1st rounder for a pretty much inexperienced QB is reaching hard.

He literally hasn't shown much of anything right now, other than being exceptional at taking the kneel down stats at the end of games, so Brady doesn't get negatives on the stat sheet.

He's a developmental QB who hasn't shown any upside, because he hasn't been given any chance to show any. You'd be stealing if you guys could get a 4th round pick for him.

He's basically another Hoyer and Mallet, just a little younger right now. Hasn't shown anything while being with the Pats and is just somebody that "gets to learn behind Brady". There's only so much they can learn while sitting on the bench, even if it's sitting behind a great QB. Experience is the only way they'll learn, just like in anything and he has basically zero real NFL experience.

I was a big fan of Jimmy when he was coming out, but sitting on the bench and just learning a training camp/bench game day routine doesn't get you ready for the big time.
