Aren't you guys a base 4-3? He'll play DT for you if so if not he can play DT/DE (however you look at it) in a 3-4. He may even be able to play DE in a 4-3.
We are quote " a 4-3 base team" But we are most defiantly moving to more of a 3-4 look... ik for a fact we ran it a shit ton last year with the wrong personnel and that's why we brought in Soliai and Jackson who both fit a 3-4 scheme very well.
I think Hageman really does fit that 3-4 DE and It allowws us to play Biermann and Mass( who, btw, i think is going to be a beast this year) play OLB. Like I said with Ealy we run a hybrid scheme... and depending on what we want to control we go with that base. other than that i think nolan is pushing for 3-4.
