That's what a friend of mine told me as well. I'm going to end up getting a $50 or $100 Riot card though so I don't mind buying a couple heroes. I heard Teemo is annoying af so he'll be another one of the chars I buy. He reminds me of a character I played a lot on Strife, Ray.

But yeah, after looking at the runes I figured it would be a waste to buy any of the shit tier ones. I might buy an exp boost. I got 400 free RP.

get a speedway rewards card, you can get free riot point cards just for getting gas and stuff at speedway.
