Haha we’ll see.
I might be a hot fade for them come playoffs

If they make it in they'll be probably underdogs by a Touchdown+

They can make it though. Pretty weak schedule last 5 games

He’s doing a fair amount with very little, but I think Matt’s scheme deserves half of that credit. He’s simplified the offense, most notably the route progressions, and it seems to have alleviated the mental responsibilities of the young receivers.

With Rodgers, Matt was stuck with the west coast, which isn’t his background, and didn’t benefit the young receivers. The west coast just has too many route progressions based on the what the coverage is that we had guys running down the field within 5’ from one another.

I’ll hand it to Gute though, another beautiful transition of power, and another beautiful development of a franchise quarterback.

I don’t think at this point I’d call these young playmakers very little. Reed has been phenomenal. Heath good. Wicks great. New tight ends have been best we’ve had in a while. Doubs saved us last week with that catch on the underthrown ball at the end or we likely lose. Yes, LaFleur has done a great job scheming, his use of motion has felt a lot more beneficial than times in the past, but we’ve got some pass catchers for sure. Just look how little Toure sees the field and people were thinking he might be the key last year to unlocking the offense hoping he’d play more and he did play more telling us the lack of all around talent last year, lmao. Gute went big into getting playmakers this past draft and in free agency and it’s paid off. But as far as 3rd hof qb in a row, it’s just being hopeful, I don’t wanna jinx anything. Love put together a good one where he didn’t leave much out there, just a throw to Bo Melton and an off platform throw to the end zone he might like back and that was about it. Bears with a chance to play spoilers at Green Bay last week, what a fun game ahead.

I think they’re all relatively talented, and where some teams might have a steep drop off after their #1, we don’t, but it’s not unfair of me to say even with a healthy Watson; we don’t have a #1. Watson has the attributes but needs to work on his health and his catching.

What I see is a scheme designed to create mismatches, spread the ball around, and throw quick release passes. We’re well balanced on first and second downs run/pass leaving us with 3rd and manageable; which opens up shots on third down as the defense is defending the line to gain.

We have speed in Watson and reed to take the top off the defense and route runners taking up the middle of the field, and finally the tight ends releasing from blocks to attach the short edges. Our weakness is the line but Dillon is dominant in pass protection.

If that’s all not confusing enough for the defense we run all of our plays out of 3 or 4 alignments and motion the shit out of everyone to get a gauge on the coverage.
