This. They're being smart and taking in a lot of player feedback and reworking the game as they go to make it perfect.

So far, from what I've seen, I'm horribly underwhelmed. How hard is it to do just a straight fucking remake? Do a remake with breathtaking graphics, add in some new end game content that doesn't impact the story, more random monster occurrences, some new materia that won't break the meta, and other little random things like enemy skills and shit like that. But no, lets do a remake and completely change the fucking combat system and make a turn-based strategy game into a hack n slash fucking noob fest. Ridiculous. FF7 is still in my top 5, and it's often been my #1. It calms me, I love doing speed runs on that shit and it just makes me happy. They better not fuck this up.



I'm mediocre at sports games. I'm a savage at RPGs, but they bore the fuck out of me these days. I couldn't even play Fallout 4, I tried and just really disliked it. Slow and boring as fuck imo. Hopefully the new ES will be good whenever that comes out. Bloodborne is pretty sick, it's very time consuming, so I haven't put in the time I'd like to on it.

I went to quakecon last year and got to play 6 v 6 multiplayer. The game is SO much fun, and I didn't even get to play story mode.

Ended up buying Dragon Age: Inquisitions (Never played the series, heard tons of good things though) and Madden 16 (Was gonna get NHL 16 for 40 at Best Buy but some guy came in an hour before me and bought all 4 copies)
