Thought he'd want to be making the most money possible the soonest...not likely to happen in Dallas

Would be an RFA no matter what, almost certainly on a first or second round tender if he meets expectations. Probably won't see a good payday until his 3rd contract.

Some teams would have extended instead of giving him a RFA tender...Dallas is extremely unlikely to though.

Evan Mathis & Mychal Kendricks
In the end, La Canfora expects the Eagles to eventually trade veteran G Evan Mathis and ILB Mychal Kendricks.
Eagles HC Chip Kelly confirmed that they’ve had Mathis on the trading block for two years now, but haven’t received an offer from another team. La Canfora can see them eventually settling for a late-round pick in return for Mathis.
In regards to Kendricks, La Canfora writes that he’s “clearly the odd man out in the inside linebacker situation.” Kelly reportedly made calls around the league last week to try to move him for a second-round pick.
The problem for the Eagles is that Kendricks is in the final year of his rookie contract, so their asking price will likely need to drop in order for a trade to come together. La Canfora suggests a 2016 fourth-round pick as reasonable compensation for Kendricks.

Michael Bennett
Earlier in the offseason, a report surfaced that Seahawks DE Michael Bennett wanted to be traded to the Falcons in order to continue playing for Dan Quinn.
Since then, the Seahawks and Bennett have both denied that there’s any truth to the report.
However, La Canfora mentions that Bennett and his agent have “made it clear he’d rather not be back in Seattle and while the Seahawks aren’t ones to back down.”
La Canfora wonders if something could come together closer to the start of the 2015 season, but admits that the Seahawks would have to be motivated to move on from Bennett in order for trade talks to even get off the ground.

Mike Glennon
La Canfora doesn’t see any reason why the Buccaneers should hold on to QB Mike Glennon now that they’ve used the No. 1 overall pick on Jameis Winston.
La Canfora believes Tampa Bay would be wise to reach out to teams like the Rams, Browns, Saints, Bengals, 49ers and Seahawks and see if they’re willing to part with some value in return for the young quarterback.
The Buccaneers could then replace Glennon with a veteran free agent such as Jason Campbell, Tarvaris Jackson, or Michael Vick, according to La Canfora.

Cowboys
There’s not much too this, but La Canfora believes it could make sense for the Cowboys to reach out to Jets about one of their running backs now that New York traded for RB Zac Stacy.

Jeremy Parnell got paid and he was a backup on that line last year, If the potential is there teams will pay when he hits FA.

Wow, I didn't even realize the Jets traded for Zac Stacy.
.. also, why would a team NOT give up a late draft pick for Mathis? his contract?

Doesn't really argue against my point.

Collins will not get the chance to prove himself at the most valued position because of Tyron and is unlikely to get extended early with Frederick and Martin up for extensions sooner and Smith already being paid. Will likely have to play out 4 years in Dallas on a minimal contract or hope for a trade.

Collins will never be as good as Tyron anyways...

I imagine he'll end up taking Leary's spot at LG.
