Don't believe so, I believe since he's without pay and it's a suspension along with neal they are not taking a spot.

I'll have to see if I can find the rule on it, because I'm really not sure, especially with all the recent changes.

I know with Neal at least he isn't. There was an article on it, not sure where it was but when he got suspended it explained the rule. But either way, both have the possibility of not making the team considering the circumstances.

Good find. Definitely worth keeping him then. I'm sure TT expected to lose him for a while when they signed him. Hopefully he can make an impact towards the playoffs then.
