I went through the game film, lazard was just coming uncovered. That was the only damn play anyone was open all damn game though. Same thing happened to Tom today. If the line generates pressure with the front four it limits greatly what’s open to you in the playbook.

Fortunately for Brady, he hasn't had to waste a bunch of downs on rushes getting stuffed up the middle. Stuck with the passing game and it's working.

That said, Stafford got it done. B)

Also holy cow all the game winning field goals.

I just hope Brady keeps playing, and obviously Rodgers (hopefully for GB).

Brady keeps playing at such a high level and keeps setting the bar for players like Rodgers, you just gotta tip your hat, regardless of how much I want him to lose. lol

The skill gap at QB is just crazy that guys can play into their 40s and out perform young guys coming in. If you still have the arm strength, why stop?

One of the lol moments of watching back the game highlights is Rodgers escaping the pocket on 3rd down just to try and complete it on a deep post route to Dafney. Now seeing Packer fans wanting to bring on Jordan Love and the first thing they talk about is needing to double up on wide receivers. Lmfao

unless you're the guy constantly trying to do the same with less, I'd imagine after 17 years that'd get pretty tiresome, especially when the media and your own fan-base crucify you at every opportunity they can.

Gutey and Lafleur on board for keeping their core together, especially Rodgers, despite the cap.

Who would you like to see stay/go, for a reload, rather than rebuild on next season?

Guys I really want to keep: AR, Z, Jaire, Amos, Mercilus, Rasul, Stokes, Davante, MVS, Devondre, Clark.

Guys I wouldn't mind to cut to free up space: Bakhtiari (AR might not like that), Preston, Aaron Jones (sadly but I think we need the space and AJ Dillon is promising).

Only thing I think our team needs to improve on is the receiving core (and ofc ST). If the line and defense stay healthy, we should be contenders again.

Thoughts?

Mine's similar except I wouldn't mind watching MVS go but I'd like to keep Bahk, that's Aaron's blind side guy, then I'd like Olave/Wilson in the draft late 1st round and hopefully an NFL ready tight end late second. Tonyan getting hurt absolutely crushed us in my opinion, the drop off from him to Deguara was fucking so horribly steep we had to use Mercedes in pass catching situations, which is like throwing the ball to a fucking tree stump still rooted to the ground.

MVS is speed though, the only one that could really get separation.

Look at our speed at receiver now compared to 2010.

James Jones was like the slowest receiver on that roster, who had a better 40 time than Davante Adams... Cobb was theoretically the fastest one that played in that playoff game. A scheme with plays designed to get guys open is great, but sometimes guys just need to get separation themselves, and we lack the speed to do that, especially without a guy like MVS making them play further back, etc.
