I hope Johnathan Joseph is able to play on Sunday but only if he's healthy. He was held out of practice today with a sore groin and he actually hurt the team trying to play through it against Greem Bay. He had no chance to slow down Jordy Nelson one on one. He even admitted that he was playing at 65 % and nowhere close to 100 % in that game. I'd rather lean on our young guys if needed. Joseph playing hurt doesn't do anybody any good. Especially against the likes of Jordy Nelson and Torrey Smith.

Johnathan Joseph misses practice

Texans cornerback Johnathan Joseph, slowed by a sore groin that was bothering him during the Green Bay game Sunday night, was held out of practice Wednesday and likely won’t work Thursday either, although head coach Gary Kubiak said he remained optimistic Joseph would be able to play against Baltimore on Sunday.

“We’re all hands on deck,” Kubiak said, dismissing the notion that he might not play Joseph to give him a couple of week to heal up with the Texans off the following Sunday.

“We’re going to miss Cush,” Kubiak said. “But he’s not coming back, so we’ve got to keep moving forward. I don’t know if one guy can make a difference when you give up 42. It’s a team game. I think everybody was involved in (Rodgers) throwing six touchdowns, not just the (secondary).

“It happens. We’re in a business of response. You’re doing things good and then, all of a sudden, you get hit in the mouth. I’ll tell you, we can’t play again quick enough.”

Kubiak noted how the Ravens “are in the same boat,” having also lost future Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis and shutdown corner Ladarius Webb to season-ending injuries Sunday. Baltimore is also without Terrell Suggs, the AFC’s Defensive Player of the Year in 2011, because of an offseason Achilles tendon tear.

It's time for the Texans to start playing better. They've been looking pretty bad on both sides of the ball for two games in a row. The only player who's been consistently good is J.J. Watt. I'm worried about our Speclal Teams play. They played alright against the Packers but have sucked in a lot of other games. The Ravens turned that game around against the Cowboys because Jacoby Jones broke off that 108-yard kickoff return, which tied an NFL record for the longest return ever. As much as I despise Jacoby he's still a difference maker out there

It's time to put up or shut up tomorrow. Beating the Ravens for the first time in franchise history and going into the bye week 6-1 and the best record in the AFC would more than make up for the loss to Green Bay. Every other good team in the AFC is 3-3 so the winner of this game will have a great chance to get the 1st seed. It's more important to own the tiebreaker than anything else. After tomorrow we have to wait two weeks for the next game and I don't want to be on a two-game losing streak for that long.

Connor Barwin is back! Really strong game today also. LOL

He was struggling all season long and hit rock bottom in that Packers game last Sunday Night. And then he had his 26th birthday bash on Monday Night to rejuvenate him. Most tackles in a game and his first sack of the season today.

Barwin is going to kick ass the rest of the season and playoffs. Like he did at the end of last year.

Ravens came into this game with the most 20+ yards plays. The Texans didnt allow a play to go for 15+ all game. B)
