Supposedly, shampooing your hair every day is actually bad for it. The oils naturally produced by your scalp are healthy for your hair and should be left in 48-72 hours.

Plus, your hair will look better if you don't shampoo daily.

I havent used shampoo in like 4 months. I use sulfate free conditioner daily though.

I'll check into that. The only reason I use shampoo is because I eventually get dry scalp if I go a couple weeks at a time without washing it. Not sexy, considering most of my clothes are dark colors.

Yeah I no longer get dry scalp OR dandruff, it's great. Also, my hair smells great apparently.
