Matt Flynn would've been nicer but, come on guys, for sure Kolb is an upgrade for Fitzpatrick.

Kolb is a decent Qb that never had a good OL.

yeah but when you still owe fitpatrick 13mil and now we play kolb 12-13mil we could afford drew brees XD teehe

I hope they let him sit and don't rush him out there. If they rush E.J. right out from almost day 1, I see him having an early career very similar to Gabbert. They are very comparable right now anyways. Both have the look, the size, the arm, but they're just way too raw to go out there from day 1. However, if E.J does start from day one, he'll actually have some legit weapons, unlike when Gabbert was thrown out into the fire.
