Yeah normally its very rubbery but this place was on point, barely chewy and all that.

I feel like octopus is too cool of a creature to be killed for food, and it's not like they're plentiful.

Octopus are the only invertebrates you're legally required to anesthetize if your performing surgery on them. They're incredibly intelligent and can solve problems, and even exhibit play behavior.
