I really hope we work out a deal even if we have to franchise him this year to get a multi year done. I thinik we can draft replacements at all the other postions we have up like Geno, Queen, e.t.c. even though I love those guys. We go through this every free agent cycle, we have to lose guys we love because we draft welll. Madboogie is a freak. You don't lose 10 sack D-Tackles.

I think they’ll get a deal done while sacrificing at several other positions, like letting PQ go. OBJ I’m curious if he’ll be back. Definitely not at his current salary. He seems like a solid locker room guy and makes clutch, difficult catches, but he doesn’t separate well and he’s always dealing with injuries.

Gus should be gone, DK probably not coming back (although if he wants a 1-year prove-it deal, I'd be interested), Hill is alright but will probably be here a long time because of ST contributions, Mitchell might miss the early season and isn't a sure thing. We have room for one more RB.

I'm curious what happens with Madubuike. He seems like the kind of guy we sign long-term. I wonder if a deal gets worked out or if we franchise tag him.

Unironically Lamar is our RB1 now because the RB corps is so underwhelming.

Guy is playing two positions on offense. Should be a lock for MVP, but the guy in SF with multiple All-Pros around him is doing pretty good too.
