It's looking a lot like letting Wink go for an unproven NFL commodity and keeping Greg Roman was a bad idea. I mean pretty much every Ravens fan on the planet said we fired the wrong coordinator, even if Wink's blitzing was getting old. He's still a quality coordinator.

McDonald can't make halftime adjustments because he's not even caught up with NFL speed yet, and G-Ro was never good at making halftime adjustments. Harbaughs Achilles heel is fucking us worse than it ever has.

Wink's defense can definitely work, and the stats back it up. But I have to admit it was frustrating seeing Judon, Za'Darius, and Ngakoue leave and have immediate improvement outside of Wink's system. I bet that played into it.

Plus Wink himself wanted the change of scenery. I think he knew he'd never be considered for a HC gig here. Now he has a chance to prove himself again on another team... maybe he gets HC consideration after doing well twice in two cities?

Do we actually believe Wink was pushing for a change of scenery, or is that just what he says to the media to save a little face and Harbaugh rolls with it 'cause there's no malice there?

It honestly seemed mutual to me, but ultimately only those in the org. know.

I think Wink felt snubbed that no one considered him for a HC gig. He reached the glass ceiling here in that regard.

I honestly think the fanbase is way too hard on him. He blows a play more frequently than you'd like, but he makes a lot of splash plays, and he's still young. Only 13 starts in college, he's still putting it together.

Queen would be better if he could cover better, catch interceptions, and not get washed out as easily vs. the run. But he’s good for some splash plays, good at guessing when to blitz

You're not wrong, although I think his coverage has gotten a little better this year.
