Sounds fun but how many people do you need to actually make it work?

Just people to be active and play games every so often (like at least 1-2 games every few days at least).
A moderator that advances weeks when everyone is ready.

Prone, Yoyoyoman, and I were in a pretty good one with a few friends, but it got messed up because I was going through a move.
