Texans can pick Nix here and take the player i thought they'd take 33 overall.

We should have snagged Louis Nix. We draft a tight end when we have two young guys in Ryan Griffin and Garrett Graham. Also the veteran TE we picked up from the Jaguars. Makes no sense to me. Louis Nix is going to be a future 3 or 4-time All Pro. Next Casey Hampton or Vince Wilfork. We have nothing at nose tackle. I'm going to sleep disappointed. Maybe the Texans will trade back up into the third round. We have a couple of fourth-round picks.

We blew it with that third-round pick. C.J. Fiedorowicz better become a special all pro tight end in the NFL for me to like this pick. I doubt he's much of an upgrade over Ryan Griffin, who we selected in the sixth-round last year.

Nix would've been a bad pick for Houston. We're playing nickel defense 70% of the time.
