Philly - if Mark Sanchez doesn't go there to be the backup, I could see Pryor being very useful in Chip Kelly's offense.
Chicago - Marc Trestman proved with Gannon that he loves a QB that is mobile, plus Cutler durability issues
Carolina - Very similar player to Cam Newton, plus Cam is recovering from ankle surgery
St. Louis - Bradford can never seem to stay healthy
Tampa Bay and Minnesota maybe.

I don't know the backup QB situation for Carolina, but I could definitely see Philly or Chicago. He would be a good fit in Carolina. I don't see him in Minnesota, they're still struggling.

But is he worth a 5th rounder to any of those teams? That's the big question.
