shitty teams with a lot of money are going to feast on all these under-priced mid-range guys
Teams are going to try back loading contracts if the cap falls. Every team is going to have the same cap space so it's not the Packers are at some huge disadvantage. Teams will just find a way around the lowered cap for 1 year like giving a low base salary for year 1 and giving a big roster bonus for the start of year 2 or something like that.
