I thought I read somewhere they were anticipating a cap around 195 rather than the 175 feared
If it's closer to 175 though, I think Linsley is gone and one of Wagner or Turner also gone

If they lost Linsley they can't really afford to lose Wagner or Turner.

You can't beat the cost of Wagner as he is right now.

Turner isn't worth cutting because he'd still be 4.5m of dead cap and can play guard or tackle if needed.

They could also get Lane Taylor back next year as another interior lineman, which could also allow Turner to play a little bit of tackle.

They'll cut Preston Smith and open up some more space most likely as well. I'd expect Kirksey to be let go as well.

Plus they may have a couple names in house that they could give a shot. Like Runyan.



For the draft. I'd expect them to go after a DL early. The DL is absolute garbage behind Kenny Clark.
They could use a WR, ILB, and potentially a corner assuming King leaves. I don't trust the other corners on the roster to be CB2 after Alexander.

We need it, but it's not that good a class
ILB we always need, but again, there is only one guy really worth getting excited about, and he will go top 10
