Please, DP is playing some of the most soft zones I’ve ever witnessed.
Short passes, dump offs, screens and runs on the outside will shit all over his vanilla scheming.

Welp, we entered the season not knowing if Lamar would even be a capable starter in the NFL. He played at an MVP level and answered that question. Haters are going to kick us while we're down (probably because we've brutalized their team in the past or because they're jealous of our talent), but the future is bright here in Baltimore. We've got a lot of young talent just starting to emerge.

Main things to address going forward:

FAs worth considering re-signing: Judon, Pierce, Jimmy Smith, McPhee, Levine, Skura

Upcoming FAs to consider extending early: Stanley, Humphrey, Chuck Clark

Needs in draft/FA: ILB, rush-LB, 5-tech, DT (if Pierce leaves), C (maybe re-sign Skura or trust in Mekari's development), interior OL (depth/developmental)

Next year do you think they switch Lamar to his natural position for the playoffs and start RG3 at QB?

Honestly, I think the Vikings just handle kickers very poorly. At some point, you have to look at all the kickers they've ruined and point to the coaching staff. Mike Zimmer himself sounds like a real shit-head whenever he talks about kickers, throwing them under the bus all of the time and acting like kicking is super easy, so if you can't do it there's something wrong with you. I mean, maybe Vedvik wasn't great, but he sure as hell wasn't this bad.

I think you mentioned it: Willie Henry. We don't have much interior pass-rush, so to let him go was surprising. But he was very quiet in TC and preseason so... maybe injuries have ruined him. Guess they'll be depending more on Ricard and McPhee in that role. Intrigued to see what Ricard can do tbh.

Zach Sieler was the only other cut who I thought might make it, since we literally have Wormley and no one else at 5-tech, but Sieler was pretty bad in preseason after looking decent last year. Hope he makes the PS.

Who we kept was actually more surprising to me: Iman Marshall and Justin Bethel. Marshall was injured all preseason it seemed, and he's a rookie, so I thought he'd be a prime IR candidate. Bethel I thought was a sure-fire cut, since we would have recouped a 7th round compensatory pick with the cut, and I doubt any other teams would have claimed him on waivers anyway. Could have re-signed Bethel after week 1 after IR'ing someone like Marshall (so that he can be eligible to return from IR).
