I played on pc.... the campaign, pvp and some other stuff but haven’t in months. But I do plan on going back to finish whatever content that comes out from expansions etc and playing more pvp eventually because they game is visually sexy af on pc

VV confirmed to have written this expansion. I’d really like to know what they did in total vs what was in house for Bungie.

I'm pretty sure the entire campaign was them. Bungie seems to have been on the rituals/sandbox & exotic tuning/eververse while VV did the campaign, weapons, relic. I wonder who did the raid lol. Everything probably was collaborative too.

I wonder if this is the start of iw/treyarch/sledgehammer esque rotation. Would help bungie from being overwhelmed all the time.

If they’re overwhelmed it’s just more poor management and I doubt a rotation helps that. They have a huge staff, they’re just poorly organized and began making decisions to target MTX players over core audience. It would also be a big help if they stopped trying to be the company that uses their own in house engine and just accepted that other companies have already put better ones out.

Yeah they definitely need some direction. I'd like to see how much they changed the engine between d1 and d2 after claiming they were overhauling it.
