Yea I stopped doing well around my birthday in October... I'm still down about 50 lbs on the year, and plan on losing the last 50-70 next year.
After new years I'm going to start running everyday along with bjj and some 5-3-1 weight lifting to stop being so fucking weak. I tried benching last month and struggled throwing up 185 eight times... at my size that's pathetic
I still had a few pounds to lose from having Brock last year and now I am pregnant again so after this one (which is my last) I need to start doing something. I refuse to be stuck with baby fat for the rest of my life lol. I have def found out that having kids later in life, the pounds do not melt right off like when I had Ness at 24.
