That's all I'm saying is that is sucks and I feel it's a bad decision and they are wasting another year of just being good while having one of the best QB's who's ever played. If you are happy just making the playoffs then that's your thing. I want them to win a superbowl and they clearly aren't making an extra push to do that.

The Packers 100% need better personal for the run D. Lowry, Barnes, Summers aren't ideal by any means. Those players need to be improved to have an improved run D, it doesn't matter who is the DC. Pettine isn't without blame but look at the names I just listed, do you think anyone who isn't a Packers fan knows who any of those guys are?

I wanted a WR last year. Plus they can still try adding someone from the FA pool. Their isn't a lot available but definitely improvements can be made for the right amount of money. Sanu, Gabriel would be somewhat better than what they have. Not a big splash like Fuller would of been but still better.

They needed help offensively and they didn't get enough. Good luck trying to beat KC if you can't score points.

Clearly I'm not happy with them just making the postseason when I literally said in every example of what happens in the playoffs and stops us for getting back to the Super Bowl and what separates us from the Top Tier teams.

I'm reminded of how deep our team turned out to be in 2010 when we had 16 on IR and had stars rise up from the UDFA pool. I'm blindly optimistic, but also understand that if this 49er team had even half of their players back on either side we'd likely be tied at best right now

Luckily for the Packers that SF is hurt because they are a bad match up with their style both in the regular ad postseason.

I just thought they had a real shot to be the favorites in the NFC with one decent move or two and it's tiring being just short of the top tier teams because they won't take a risk.

I don't remember the exact situation from 2010, who were the key guys on IR from 2010?

I know a lot of key guys were healthy. Matthews, Woodson (minus half the superbowl), Collins, Jennings, Rodgers

It's actually pretty funny you mentioned Lancaster and Lowry because not only are they typically in the starting rotation, but they've been there for years lmao. I find it hard to believe that no upgrade was available over the last couple seasons. Calling out Barnes is pretty bad since he's just filling in for the underperforming and hurt ILBs we've been plug-and-playing. For a UDFA, he's doing fine tbh

What do you smoke? You always mention stuff I never said.

Where did I ever mention Lancaster?

I'm not calling out Barnes. I'm stating the fact he doesn't belong on the field. That's the FO fault. It has nothing to do with it being Barnes fault.

Lowry has been shit this year. Lancaster is even worse than him and I should of mentioned him.

It was pretty fucking bad tbh. Entire LB corps aside from Matthews went down and a ton of Dlineman and CBs went down. Bishop, Tramon, Shields, Jenkins to name a few stepped up and made a real name for themselves throughout that year.

Ya that was pretty brutal. I don't remember it being that bad.

I lump shitty players together and those two should always go hand in hand.

No need to get defensive. But again, it's not like anyone was blowing up the position so far so saying he doesn't belong on the field leads me to believe you didn't see Summers and Kirksey getting eaten alive when the season began. Burks has been okay when healthy. I'd like another look at Kirksey, but Barnes and Burks have been as good as we've seen so far (not saying much).
