I inject this tiny enema in there (about half the size of a travel toothpaste maybe, but with a tiny eye-dropper tip) and then the reaction causes me to shit, which I do over a glorified bucket located beneath my toilet chair. I line the bucket with a grocery bag and then I just knot up the bag when I'm done and throw it in the trash.

It's important to get into a routine, that way it trains your bowels into going at the same time every day, preventing accidents. Pooping takes like 20-30 mins, then I hop in the shower.
