So my top pick would be Ziggy Ansah, but I wouldn't have a problem with Dion Jordan.

I wouldn't mind if we took Sharrif Floyd either. I know DT isn't the sexiest pick, but he very well could be the safest pick in this draft. He moves very well for a big man.

The DBs are tomorrow and that's my favorite group to watch. I look forward to the DBs the most every year.

The Jaguars released offensive tackle Guy Whimper, defensive back Brandon King and quarterback John Parker Wilson on Wednesday, according to a report from John Oehser of Jaguars.com. Whimper was signed by the Jaguars in November 2010 and made 21 starts for the team, mostly at right tackle.

General manager Dave Caldwell was asked who would start at the right tackle position at the 2013 NFL Combine if the team were to play the next day and he didn't exactly give a ringing endorsement to the talent on the team, although he wasn't particularly inflammatory either. "Good thing we don't play tomorrow," Caldwell said. "We have some guys that can compete there - we still have Guy (Whimper) and Cam Bradfield and both of them have experience in the league."

Whimper had far from a huge contract, but he was scheduled to count $1.825 million against the salary cap for the Jaguars in 2013, according to Spotrac, the 19th biggest cap hit on the team, ahead of players like Andre Branch, Russell Allen and Cecil Shorts III.

King was signed to the practice squad in November 2012 and never saw the active roster, while Wilson spent the entire 2012 season on the Jaguars practice squad with the exception of two days in the end of October when he was added to the active roster for one game.

I'm not so sure how much weight that has. I know they're going to let them test the market. If we don't resign them, then we better trade back in the 1st and 2nd round, because we're going to need at least 10 picks in this draft. Will have to draft at least 2 Corners and 2 LB. As well as another DT if we don't resign Knighton.

Yes, but Cox's agent seems to think Cox will field a big time pay day in FA. If that's the case then so long, we don't need to overpay for somebody if he can't stay on the field. He has had the injury bug these past couple seasons and hasn't earned a big contract.

Smith is a different story. I feel he will get some pretty good offers in FA. His best days are behind him, but he can still produce for another 2-3 years.

I read that Greg Jones may come back for another year at least.

That's why I say, if somebody wants to pay him a big contract then so long. I would love for him to be back, he is a good player when healthy, but we don't need to overpay him.

I'm not much of a fan of Dunta. I don't think he's that good. I'd rather draft some Corners and go from there.

I really do think we're in great spots, to make a trade back. In both the 1st and 2nd round. Hopefully the news coming out about the Raiders really liking Geno Smith, will help push some other team to jump above them and trade with us. While having pick #33, it's basically a late first round pick. Maybe another team that wants a QB likes somebody there. I could see us getting at least 2 more picks while trading back. Ideally it would be 3-4 picks if we were able to trade back both times. Which would be the best thing possible for this team. We need picks, picks and more picks, but we've got to hit on the picks regardless.
