I'm ready for tomorrow's game! Another 2-0 record and the Texans first road win of the season I hope. Wow, the Jaguar cheerleaders better not be distracting.

How will Andre Johnson top his Week 1 performance? 8 receptions, 116 yards and a TD against Miami. He usually torches the Jaguars secondary. Perhaps another 100-yard game with 1 or 2 TDs tomorrow? More fantasy points! Gary Kubiak said he will focus on running the ball 30 times with Foster (about 20) and Tate (at least 10) so we'll see. The run game can take over at any time. Houston has three good backs: Foster, Tate and Forsett.

The Texans are on pace to have 40-plus runs in this game. Already at 34 runs early in the 4th quarter (Foster with 23 and Tate with 11). Kubiak was determined to improve the run game after last week's game. I can't complain with that strategy if it works. Andre Johnson hasn't been targeted much at all in this game (3 catches for 21 yards) but he's still making good blocks and drawing that safety on his side.

1.5 sacks for J.J. Watt today. I hope he picks up another before the game is over. This guy is going to be the defensive player of the year at the rate he's going. He'll be named an All Pro as well. He makes playing DE in a 3-4 defense look easy and it's not.

Woah, Chad Henne is warming up on the side line? LOL, if he comes in it would be the second time in three meetings the Jags pulled Gabbert.

Interesting they didn't try to run up the score and kick a field goal on a 4th and 2 with 2 minutes left at the 12.

Just got the game-ending first down on a Forsett 3-yard run and kneeling it down. 27-7 final. 2-0 record. I enjoyed the game but it still seems like the Texans have potential to score 40 points in a game. I think they kind of got bored playing the Dolphins and Jaguars. There is still plenty of room for improvement on offense. Maybe at Denver next Sunday they'll put it all together. First good opponent and the Texans will have to play better.

The Texans will try to reach 3-0 for the first time in franchise history.

Texans just ran the ball all game long pretty much... 46 total rushes

Arian Foster had 28 carries, 110 rushing yards and 1 TD
Ben Tate had 12 carries, 74 rushing yards and 2 TDs
Justin Forsett had 6 carries, 35 rushing yards

A three-headed beast at the running back position. It's going to be a great luxury to have all season long.

WTF KUBIAK?

Just call him run city. He's a conservative mastermind. He had plenty of scoring chances today. He took it easy three times in the red zone today.

I'm trying to find the early line on the Texans at Denver game next Sunday. We could be underdogs for the first time this season?
I'd probably give the Texans -2.5 at Denver (small road favorites). But who knows. I haven't found an opening line yet.

I'm hoping Denver wins tomorrow night; if they do, they'll probably be slight favorites.

Yeah. I think the Texans can beat them on the road but it would be nice to get plus points for a change. Texans may cover all year long. 2-0 against the spread so far.
