It's seriously the best TV Show I have ever watched. It took a while for me to get all the names down, but it's totally worth it.

Eh I disagree. You can tell where they decided to extend seasons (pushed them breaking out and shit). It's pretty good imo

The 100

Googled it, sounds like a great premise. My site has it too, this might be my next binge.

It's a fucking bad show.

Here's the formula:

Every 5 minutes they cut to a different sub characters plot.
Once every 3-4 cuts they goto the main character
Nothing really progresses, you just follow 30 different plot lines with roughly 1/2 of them being shit.
After dealing with 8.5 hours of absolute brutal television you get an incredibly well done last 1.5 hours of a show.

I watched the first two seasons, they were both exactly like this.


The show was lazily produced. It follows the books too closely (the chapters in the books are like this). If they wanted to make it an actual great show. They would have just dedicated an episode to each subplot like the leftovers did this season.

TL;DR: the show could have been good, but it was poorly produced and has kinda just gained a sheeps following.

All of that being said, in my opinion, here's what you should watch:

Comedy:
You're the worst
Broad city
The grinder
It's always sunny
The mindy project (homering because I love mindy kaling)

Drama:
The leftovers (literally the best season of television in the past 5 years just ended 2 weeks ago)
The wire
Suits (first 3 seasons, after that it goes down hill)
House
The newsroom (I think top 5 writing/production of all time)
Mr. Robot (first season finished a few months ago, amazing season)

I've seen House, great show. Only other ones I've heard of are Sunny/Suits though.
